Students must first contact the instructor with whom they wish to work. An Independent Study Proposal Form must be downloaded from the Registrar's website and completed by the student and the instructor. Once the form is completed it must be signed by the Director of the Religious Studies Program, in the Learning Services Building #203, BEFORE registering. This form is for department records and used to assign a grade at the end of the semester.
