Being a humanities major allowed me to learn about other cultures, religions, languages, and essentially the very fabric of what makes people who they are. It also challenged me to explore the value of understanding and embracing all those similarities and differences. I have used the curiosity instilled in me by my humanities degree to further my own education, to grow professionally, and perhaps most importantly as my foundation in building relationships.
