The Humanities have been instrumental in further developing my critical thinking abilities and open-minded perspective. This is essential in research and management to troubleshoot issues and organization or work on project development. The Humanities have also helped diversify me within the field of science and health. My current position at the University of Arizona is only temporary as I apply for graduate programs in health professions and pursue a career in medical practice and health management. I am also certain that the skills I learned will help me as I move my career trajectory towards the public health sector outside of whatever medical practice I fall into. Wherever I go in life and whatever career I pursue I am confident that the abilities I have obtained while studying the Humanities will provide an extremely solid foundation and flexibility to fill a variety of positions.
